Hotel Quality Control Staff Recruitment

1. Job Description:

• Inspect and assess the quality of cleanliness, facilities, rooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.

• Monitor compliance with operational procedures, regulations, and service standards across departments.

• Receive and compile customer feedback regarding service quality to analyze and propose improvement plans.

• Consolidate data, prepare periodic inspection reports, evaluate service quality, and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

2. Requirements:

• Gender: Male/Female (Born between 1985 and 2001)

• Experience in Housekeeping or hospitality/service-related fields is preferred.

• High school graduate or higher.

• Good health, honest, careful, meticulous, and highly responsible at work.

• Deep understanding of housekeeping procedures and cleanliness standards in hotels.
