Haviland House is a developer and operator of long-term apartment and hotel systems in Da Nang. As of early 2026, Haviland manages over 170 buildings, more than 2,100 long-term apartments, and 25 hotel projects with over 1,000 hotel rooms, maintaining an average occupancy rate of over 90%. Haviland aims to reach a scale of 10,000 long-term apartments and 5,000 hotel rooms by 2030.
