Booking policy

In case you want to change the check-out date, change to another room type or cancel your reservation, please contact our Reservation Support Department via the information provided on the website for assistance.

Room change policy

If you want to change to a higher room type, there will be an additional charge based on the difference in the room type you want to change to at the time of request. The room price difference depends on each different hotel and different room type.

In case you want to change to a lower room type than the room type you have booked or are staying in, you will not receive any refund.

Check-in date change policy

If you submit a request to change the check-in date 3 days before the check-in time, Haviland House will support the adjustment, however, it will depend on the current room availability.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking 07 days before the check-in date, Haviland House will refund 100% of the amount paid.

If you cancel your booking within 07 days before the check-in date, the cancellation fee will be calculated as 100% of the total room cost.

In case you have booked a room but do not check in, and Haviland House does not receive any information from you about the cancellation, 100% of the total room cost will be paid for the booking and you will not receive any refund.

If you send a request to cancel a booking made during the holidays/New Year in the current year (according to the regulations of the State of Vietnam), the cancellation fee will be calculated as 100% of the total room cost.

After canceling the order, Haviland House will notify you of the service details and additional costs along with the refund amount (if any). In case you are refunded, Haviland House will pay by bank transfer to the account number you provided. The refund period is 15-30 working days (depending on the beneficiary bank) and you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

Delivery and Check-in Policy

After receiving the booking order and completing the payment, we will confirm the customer's service booking information via email, phone or text message.

Please present your booking confirmation to our receptionist to check in at the booked time:

• Check-in time: after 14:00
• Check-out time: before 12:00

Any other additional costs when using additional services and products during your stay are listed according to the hotel's prices and regulations, please pay when checking out.

• Children under 2 years old do not need to pay extra fees when traveling with their parents.
• The minimum age for customers to check in is 18 years old or older.
• In case customers under 18 years old need to have verification information from their guardian to ensure any problems arising during their stay.

Children 12 years and older will be charged as adults at this property.

2. Seahorse Tropical Da Nang Hotel by Haviland

The price for an extra bed is 250,000 VND per person per night, not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately during the stay.

3. Seahorse Han Market Da Nang Hostel by Haviland

Children 12 years and older will be charged as adults at this property.

The price for an extra bed is 250,000 VND per person per night, not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately during the stay.

4. Seahorse Signature Danang Hotel by Haviland

Extra bed is 300,000 VND/person/night, not included in the total price and will need to be paid separately during the stay.

5. Quoc Cuong Center Danang Hotel by Haviland

Children 12 years and older will be charged as adults at this property.

6. Seaforest Hotel by Haviland

Children 12 years and older will be charged as adults at this property.

7. Shi House by Haviland
